Together we spent two decades developing and leading customer success and growth initiatives at a behavioral healthcare technology startup. We interfaced with hundreds of agencies across the country with diverse missions, helping them define and achieve their goals.

Every engagement is different and unique. We provide truly personalized problem solving and bring our open-hearted curiosity and creativity to each new challenge.

Laura Marshall

Wide ranging interests and a love of exploring have guided my educational and professional choices. After earning a BA in Religion from Wesleyan University and studying Buddhism for two years in Nepal, I went to Harvard Divinity School for a Master of Theology.

I then joined the Peace Corps and served in West Africa, after which I spent two years in East Africa as regional coordinator of an NGO focused on youth entrepreneurship and employment.

Having been selected as a Peace Corps Fellow, I returned to the US to earn a MS in Nonprofit Management from Milano School of Management and Urban Policy, New School University. That led to an opportunity to join a dynamic behavioral health technology startup, where I spent 20 years developing and overseeing implementation and customer success initiatives, and playing a key role in customer-driven product development.

I live in Trinidad and Tobago, where I hike and go to the beach as much as possible and spend time with my two teenage daughters.

A passion for solving problems and helping people meet their goals has been a driving force for me throughout life. My career has included an exciting variety of engagements, spanning the non-profit, government, and private sectors.

Following my undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Sociology from SUNY Binghamton, I settled in at a NYC social services organization, where I honed my data management skills.

After obtaining my Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University, I worked at the NYC Budget Office and the Division of Mental Health, building my research analyst skills. From there I joined a young behavioral health technology company, where I built out successful customer engagement and retention initiatives, as well as led the development of product alignment strategy.

When I’m not working with Laura to help our customers solve problems, I love to spend time with my husband and two sons at our home on Long Island, with our dog and cat, and take family road trips to New England any season of the year.
